Carlos J. Ballbe
President

Carlos Ballbé holds a Professional Engineer license and a Green Building Certification Institute LEED accreditation, he has been involved in the planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of a vast quantity of single and multi-family residential projects, commercial and industrial developments and roadways throughout the state of Florida. Since 1985, Mr. Ballbé has prepared numerous due-diligence studies for clients and municipalities, coordinated surveying and testing requirements for projects, prepared surface water management studies, site plans, and handled every aspect of site development and roadway construction.

In 2013, Mr. Ballbé founded Ballbé & Associates, Inc. with the goal of providing his clients with a professional, efficient, and pleasant service by maintaining a hands-on approach and employing knowledgeable and capable individuals. Known for his disciplined work ethic, he continues to satisfy his clients’ needs offering his 30 years of knowledge and experience accompanied by a great deal of attention.

Daniel M. Lopez
Project Manager

Daniel Lopez has been a member of the B&A team since 2015. In that time he has facilitated permitting, performed inspections, drafted plan revisions, assisted in due-diligence studies, and corresponded with clients and government agencies for project approvals. Before joining the team, Daniel owned and operated a small business, equipping himself with important business fundamentals and managerial skills that have carried over into project management. Mr. Lopez has since continued his education in order to obtain a greater knowledge of civil engineering and land development.

Ricardo Cocconcelli, E.I.
Project Manager

Ricardo Cocconcelli holds a Bachelor’s of Science in civil engineering from Florida Atlantic University, as well as his Florida E.I. certification. He has been involved with different drainage projects including: Single family home drainage for the City of Delray, and roadway drainage for the FDOT. Some of the projects he has been involved in are HEFT 1 and HEFT 2 submittals and revisions for the FDOT, ERP process for the I95 extension from Broward Blvd. to Commercial Blvd, and single family home development for the City of Ocean Ridge. In March 2016, Mr. Cocconcelli joined the Ballbe & Associates team working on public and private land development including drainage and utility work, as well as communicating with clients and assisting he team on whatever is necessary.
