RD Fontainebleau, LLC formed to develop Doral View Apartments, a three story 360 unit garden apartment project Miami-Dade County, Florida. The development will be constructed in fourteen three-story garden style concrete structure buildings. The project will be parked by 551 on grade spaces and 54 car ports. The contractor for RD Fontainebleau is Kaufman Lynn Construction Inc. The project will have nine unit types, which includes 168 one bedrooms, 144 two bedrooms and 48 three bedrooms. The units will range in size from 694 square feet for the smallest one bedrooms to 1,268 square feet for the three bedrooms. The project is designed by MSA Architects and includes two pool/sun deck areas, gym, spa, cyber café, conference and club room and gaming center.
